1. The Price is Right

Audition Process: Oh the day time game show that almost everybody seem to love. You probably know this, but for those of you who don't, there are two ways to get on the show; The first and best way is to show up at one of the taping of the show (Los Angeles, California) where you may be chosen to play the game.

The second way is to catch one of their traveling audition stops which happens once a year. Two people are picked from the traveling audition to play the game on TV.

2. Wheel of Fortune

Audition Process: To get the ball rolling you have to first register on the site (link above). They then will notify you whenever the famous 'Wheelmobile' is in your area.

There are a few ways to find out when the Wheelmobile will be in your area:

1. Watch your local TV station that broadcasts Wheel of Fortune. Local station will run promos announcing that they are coming to your area.
2. Follow @WheelofFortune on Twitter

When the Wheelmobile is in your town, you will be invited to the event. They draw the applications randomly throughout the event. If you are one of those who's application is drawn, you will have to go through a short interview, and play a speed-up round. You may even win some show-themed prizes.

The candidates who caught the attention of the producers will be invited to participate in one last audition. It is in that audition that they choose the person(s) who will actually appear on the show.

3. Bullseye 2018 Update: Bullseye has been cancelled

Audition Process: This is a rather new game show on FOX that relies on physical fitness. They have a rather long form that you have to fill out on their website. They will get back to you if they are interested in having you on the show.

4. Jeopardy

Audition Process: First you have to pass an online test to qualify for an in-person audition. This online test will have questions covering about 50 different categories. Needless to say you will have a certain amount of time for the test.

If you do pass the online test, you will be scheduled for an in-person audition where you will take another test, as well as play a mock version of the Jeopardy game.

If you pass this stage you will be added to a contestant pool for 18 months.

5. Who Want to Be a Millionaire

Audition Process: At the time of writing this, there are no open auditions. But they do hold auditions from time to time in different cities across the US.

To register for auditions, you have to visit the website. You have to first pass a written test. Once that's done you will have to go through an interview. Pass the interview and you will be part of the Contestant Pool where you may get the chance to play the game on the show later on.

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must have never played in the hot seat in either the prime time or syndicated version of the show.

Audition Process: This is a fun game where you play a larger than life version of your favorite board games like Battleship and Operation. The way to apply is to fill out the application on their site. Then all you can do is wait and hope to hear from the producers.

Audition Process: This is a new show developed by Courteney Cox and David Arquette's Coquette Productions and hosted by Craig Ferguson. Basically you (since it's a team game you have to apply with another person) are paired with celebrities in a game where the object is to identify other celebrities.

To get on the show you will have to fill out a quick online form. If the producers like what they see, they will contact you and let you know of any 'open call' sessions.

8. Let's Make a Deal

Audition Process: This one doesn't have an online application. The only way to get on the show is by showing up in a taping of the actual show where you will have 1 in 18 chance of getting picked.

The show is taped at Sunset Bronson Studios in Hollywood, California.

Be sure to bring a photo I.D. with you. They like costumes, so be sure to wear something that make you stand out from the rest.
